  • With your consent, we may provide your personal data to third parties such as our subcontractors, internet service providers, website administrators, and social media account managers, call centers, messaging services, transportation, seminar or training executors, clients, and others who assist in providing our services.

  • For external processing, we provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted companies or individuals to process it for us, according to our Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

  • For legal reasons, we will share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals if we believe in good faith that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to: i) comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal or administrative processes, or government requirements; ii) protect against potential harm to the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, clients, or the public as required or permitted by law; iii) respond to any claims or demands.

  • If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and notify affected users before personal information is transferred or subject to a different privacy policy.

We will process personal data directly or through third parties such as our subcontractors or technology providers outside the territory for the purposes described in this document.

10. Incidents with personal data

In the event of a breach (also called data leak) regarding your personal data, we will inform you without delay, unless there are serious reasons not to do so

, if there is a high likelihood of negative consequences for your privacy and the realization thereof. We strive to do so within 48 hours of detecting this data breach or being notified of it by our (sub)contractors. If necessary, we will report a data breach to the Data Protection Authority of Peru.

11. Modifications

Our Privacy Policy may be modified occasionally. We will not limit your rights under this Privacy Policy without your express consent. We will publish any modifications to this Privacy Policy on this page, and if these modifications are significant, we will send you a more prominent notification (for example, an email notification about the modifications to the Privacy Policy).
