10. Incidents with personal data
In the event of a breach (also called data leak) regarding your personal data, we will inform you without delay, unless there are serious reasons not to do so
, if there is a high likelihood of negative consequences for your privacy and the realization thereof. We strive to do so within 48 hours of detecting this data breach or being notified of it by our (sub)contractors. If necessary, we will report a data breach to the Data Protection Authority of Peru.
